Parc Clematis has been well-received by home buyers, and remains one of the top-selling new condominiums in Singapore for the month of September.

Avenue South Residence records the highest sales, followed by Parc Clematis, and Parc Botannia to make up the top three new condominium sales.

Based on recently released URA’s data, last month’s new private home sales is the highest units sold in the September month in the last seven years.  The sales were primarily driven by Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents, making up approximately 95% of the new home sales (including both landed and non-landed properties, excluding Executive Condominiums).

Property Observers reckon that the healthy sales performance reflects home buyers’ confidence in the long-term prospects of the Singapore property market, and expect the private property prices to remain stable. 

Developers are expected to ride on the positive sales momentum to continue their project launches for the rest of the year.  Upcoming new condominium launches include Midwood (Hillview), Sengkang Grand Residences (Integrated development next to Buangkok MRT station), Dairy Farm Residences, and Urban Treasures (former Eunos Mansion).
